Q: What is the Attire?

A: Business casual is recommended for all conference events.

Q: Who do I contact if I have questions about the app, agenda, attendee registration, exhibiting/sponsoring, accessing the exhibitor kit, ordering/shipping items for my booth or becoming a speaker/instructor at The Collective?

Q: Will you contact me to make hotel reservations for the convention? Is this a scam?

A: If you receive an email or phone call from an individual reaching out to make hotel reservations with a housing authority or take credit card information, please disregard as these scammers are in no way associated with CORE, the Marriott or The Collective. In addition to unofficial housing providers, it has been brought to our attention that exhibitors & attendees have been contacted by unauthorized companies promising trade show related services. Q: Will I be able to substitute attendees or revise my agenda at a later date?

A: When registering, please be sure to make your selections for each time slot you wish to attend. This will guarantee you a spot or seat at each function and session. If applicable, you must choose only ONE breakout session if there are multiple options during the same time slot. Your organization will have the ability to substitute attendees and revise schedules at any time using the link found in your confirmation email (based on availability).

Q: What is the payment policy for attendees?

A: The Collective accepts several methods of payment for attendees: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment must accompany attendee registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed.

Q: How can I request accessibility accommodations and/or services at The Collective?

A: You can request accessibility accommodations and services when registering by indicating that you have accessibility requirements. A representative will call you to discuss your needs to make sure your experience on site is enjoyable.
