Presenter Benefits

All selected presenters will receive complimentary registration to attend the Collective. In addition, CORE will market you and your session and promote on all social media channels as well as the Collective website. No additional speaker fees, honoraria, or reimbursements (e.g., for travel or lodging) are guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Content Requirement

Presenters are expected to develop fresh content specifically for this program and audience rather than repurpose a previously delivered presentation. After presenting at The Collective, you are free to reuse your material elsewhere. 

The only exception is for any scheduled training sessions.

No Sales Pitches!

By submitting a proposal, you agree that your presentation will be strictly educational and free of sales pitches, product promotions, or commercial solicitations. The Collective by CORE reserves the right to reject or remove any session that is, in its sole discretion, promotional in nature. Speakers must focus on delivering meaningful insights and value to attendees without using the platform for marketing purposes.

Presenter Conduct

While speaking, presenters are expected to:

  • Provide value through knowledge, insight, best practices, or lessons learned.

  • Refrain from making their session sales-oriented.

  • Comply with any schedule, format, or logistical guidelines established by Collective organizers.

Content Changes & Cancellations

  • The Collective by CORE reserves the right to cancel or change the Collective, or modify its program (including session topics, format, date, speakers) at any time in its sole discretion.

  • If your session is canceled or rescheduled, The CORE Events Team will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

  • By submitting a proposal, you acknowledge that you may be required to adjust your content, format, or timing in line with our needs.

Recording & Promotion

  • The Event team may record, photograph, livestream, or otherwise capture your session.

  • You grant permission for your name, likeness, voice, presentation, and related materials to be used by The Collective by CORE for promotional or marketing activities, event recaps, or future editions of the Event.

Speaker Obligations

Social Media Speaker Profile Post
When your speaker profile is shared on CORE's social media channels, we request that you share the post across all your social media platforms.

Collective Social Media Post
We will also publish several general posts about the Collective, and we ask that you share at least three of these posts across all your social media platforms.

Modifications to Terms

The Collective by CORE reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in the Call for Presentations or the Event indicates your acceptance of any changes.
