This is a buyer's-guide session, not a sales presentation: what AI can and cannot reliably do today in estimating, documentation, and carrier communication; the questions owners should ask any vendor before signing (including companies like mine); and what to know about data ownership and the Xactimate/Verisk landscape. The goal is to help owners walk out knowing how to evaluate these tools with clear eyes, whether or not they ever buy one.
