Bernadette Mingo is a Vendor Specialist with Tower Hill Insurance Group and has held various roles during her 18 years with the company. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University. Bernadette began her claims career in 1994 as a PIP/PD Adjuster and has continued to broaden her expertise by handling a variety of claims, including auto and homeowners. Much of her claims experience has been in field adjusting, where she has built a strong foundation in customer service and claims resolution. Outside of work, Bernadette enjoys scrapbooking and card making.
