Sublynk
Chris Andronaco is the founder of Sublynk, the first B2B network built entirely of vetted contractors. He created it to answer a question the trades need solved: how do contractors find and connect with other contractors and the businesses that need them?
Chris did not arrive in restoration through a traditional path. After quitting his career as a police officer, he spent 15 years building technology and applications at companies including Sidepath and Toyota Racing. He found restoration when his own house flooded and a friend who owned a Paul Davis franchise stepped in to help. What he saw inside that business stopped him cold: an entire industry running on almost none of the modern tools he had spent his career developing.
The deeper he looked, the more one specific problem stood out: restoration companies still found their subcontractors and partners by word of mouth, then sent them into people's homes. Sublynk is his answer. It vets contractors to an elite standard, lets them find and connect with one another, and gets them found by the businesses that need them. No lead fees. No pay gates. Just real B2B relationships. In two years it has gone from an idea to a network that serves enterprise customers and connects thousands of vetted contractors, with more joining every day.
On stage, Chris is direct, opinionated, and grounded in real numbers. He speaks candidly about the trust crisis facing contractors trying to win business, why the usual way of vetting subs and partners creates a false sense of security, and how closing that gap earns them more work at higher margins. His sessions are for the contractors, carriers, and networks who want to know what comes next.
A father and relentless builder, Chris writes daily about helping the contractors who do things right win more business and grow. He brings the same plain-spoken honesty to every room he is in.
