With more than 30 years of experience in property restoration, catastrophe response, managed repair networks, and business development, Chris has built a reputation for creating innovative programs that improve claim outcomes, strengthen contractor performance, and enhance the policyholder experience.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked closely with insurers to develop scalable national repair solutions, leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, and foster collaborative relationships across the insurance ecosystem. He is passionate about innovation, operational excellence, and advancing the restoration industry through strategic partnerships and emerging technologies. Chris lives in Westminster, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore, with his wife, four dogs and cat. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and connecting with business partners and friends.
