Chris Massey is Senior Claims Manager –Specialty Property Claims at Fortegra, a role he has held since 2024. In this position, he provides leadership for national property claims operations spanning Homeowners, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, catastrophe response, and specialty programs across all 50 states.

Chris brings more than 20 years of property insurance experience, including over eight years leading national claims operations and catastrophe response. His extensive operational and leadership background makes him a knowledgeable voice on claims strategy, catastrophe preparedness, claims operations, vendor and TPA management, and evolving industry best practices.
